The Law Offices of Eric J. Grannis represents both individuals and businesses in a broad range of civil litigation ranging from major commercial disputes to employment discrimination claims. Mr. Grannis is an experienced litigator who has tried six Federal cases to jury verdicts as well as obtaining numerous favorable arbitration awards and settlements.

We seek to be zealous yet pragmatic advocates. We have the capacity to engage in advocacy with the highest level of professionalism and commitment but are also accustomed to scaling our efforts to reflect the resources of our clients and the amount at stake in the litigation. To avoid needless litigation, we are frank with our clients about the merits of their positions and the uncertainties of litigation. We strive to avoid senseless, costly bickering and one-upmanship with opposing counsel and to focus instead on achieving the most favorable outcome for our clients. 

Most of our matters are referred to us by large firms whose clients seek capable representation in matters that do not justify a large law firm’s rates. We have twice taken over trial-ready matters from large law firms to obtain favorable jury verdicts for our clients.  On occasion, we take cases on a contingency fee and partial contingency fee basis.
